We started collaboration with Bino and his team at AstraZeneca in 2020. We work on the development of (graph) machine learning algorithms for drug discovery and drug repurposing that can lead to real-world impact.

Mohammod Suvon completed his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has recently completed his Master’s in Computer Science with speech and language processing at the University of Sheffield, UK.

Prasun is working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. He is working in Welcome trust project for diagnosis, prognosis, treatment assessment of cardiovascular diaseases from cardiac MRI. He did Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad.

Samer started his PhD in 2019, also working as a Clinical Fellow on our Wellcome Trust project. His research focuses on development and validation of interpretable machine learning algorithms on large cohort cardiac MRI data in clinical applications.
